Please note that Delivery charges and handling costs will be calculated and added to your order value when you enter the purchase into your checkout basket. However if you wish to pay by cheque please make cheques payable to FRONT LINE. All orders must be paid for in full before any delivery will be made, so please allow 7 days extra on our delivery times for the cheque to clear. Wherever possible we will endeavour to identify immediately those goods which are out of stock. And you will be emailed and offer an alterative or a refund. Title of all goods supplied remains with Front line until paid in full.
Standard UK Mainland delivery is FREE* FOR ONLINE ORDERS OVER £35.00, AND £4.50 FOR ORDERS UNDER £35.00. FREE DELIVERY IS NOT APPLICABLE ON LARGE AND BULKY ITEMS or mats WHICH WILL INCUR A DISCOUNTED DELIVERY CHARGE OF £15.00 WHEN ORDERED ON THE WEB SITE. Returned goods will only be accepted for exchange/refund when returned in original wrappings within 14 days of purchase. The returns number must be clearly marked on the address label.

Any damages to the packages or contents or any shortages must be notified to Front line verbally within 24 hours. This must also be confirmed in writing. Front line will not be held responsible for goods damaged in transit. With out reference to the condition it was delivered in on the carrier delivery note.
Front line accepts no liability for damage or injury through use or misuse of products purchased. Refusal of goods at the time of delivery will result in full carriage charges being incurred by the customer; this will include return carriage charges. No custom special or sales items will be accepted for refunds or exchanges. No Mats will be accepted back if damaged or used.
