I have worked frontline security on pubs and clubs for over twenty five years and in that time I seen people inflict damage on each other for some of the most stupid of reasons mostly due to alcohol. I meet these people at the beginning of the night in a near sober state 3 /4 hrs latter they are like jeckal and Hyde and If you think these are all man on man you are so wrong. Woman can be some of the most vicious people around.
a lot of the victims of these attacks and the regular people that I meet have never trained in a martial art or attend a self defence course and to be honest don’t want to. (until they are attacked.) They just wanted to go out and have a good time with there friends and family,not everbody are in to sports or martial arts. So if you can’t fight you need and edge that could get you out of a tight spot or might save your life.
Why should I carry a spray/alarm
I think you will agree with me when I say? I do not know any body who gets up in the morning and says? What a great day to be involved in a car crash. or I feel like spending 4 hrs in a visit to A&E But thousands upon thousands do.
I am looking forward to being attacked or sexual assaulted today but around 21% of population have, thats a staggering 12.8 million people.

So carrying a spray or alarm or attending a good defence course. Is like a good insurance policy you hope you don’t have to use it but if something happens you are glad its there.
